How to request a refund

All courses purchased on the 3t Transform Store can be refunded within 30 days of payment providing the course has not been completed and certificate issued, by contacting our customer support team and requesting a refund. You can reach our support team by emailing support@3t-transform.com.

Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.
