Management of Change

Course Goal/Description

This course provides learners with an overview of the role that Management of Change systems play in the oil and gas industry. It provides guidance on the key stages in Management of Change, including assessing and evaluating change, the roles and responsibilities of parties involved in the process, and identifies solutions that can used to support the effective roll out of change.
